The Sunset Village Resort is a 3-star hotel with a Provencal restaurant, La Ferme de l’Étoile. The restaurant offers an extensive menu and modern cuisine next to the swimming pool, under the almond trees or in a dining room typical of southeast France. The hotel is also equipped with the necessary facilities to organize conferences and seminars. Nestled among hundred-year-old olive tress and palm trees, the Sunset Village Resort welcomes you in a classic Provencal setting.

Located on the heights of Nice, the Sunset Village features various leisure and sports facilities including a 25-metre swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, 5 tennis courts (3 clay and 2 hard courts), two of which 2 are floodlit tennis courts, beach volley, 7 km of mountain bike tracks and 3 squash courts. There is also a multi-sport field with synthetic grass, a 400m² putting green, a boulodrome, and a well-appointed children's park with an area of 30 m².
The hotel reception is situated in the restaurant, the first building when you enter the car park. It is open from 07:30 to 21:00 seven days a week. In case of late arrival, please call the hotel directly.
Our Restaurant is closed from the 1st of October 2007 to the 31st of March 2008 except for Saturday and Sunday lunches. From April 15th to September 15th, buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. From September 16th to April 14th, continental breakfast is not included in room rate and costs 9 EUR per adult, and 6.50 EUR per child up to 12.
Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person. Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per child under 12 years.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Pets are not allowed.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Free Private parking is possible on site.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
